하나님말씀
누가복음 2:13-22 (Luke 2:13-22)
그 천사와 함께 하나님을 찬송하여 이르되
14 지극히 높은 곳에서는 하나님께 영광이요
땅에서는 하나님이 기뻐하신 사람들 중에 평화로다 하니라
15 천사들이 떠나 하늘로 올라가니 목자가 서로 말하되
이제 베들레헴으로 가서
주께서 우리에게 알리신 바 이 이루어진 일을 보자 하고
16 빨리 가서 마리아와 요셉과 구유에 누인 아기를 찾아서
17 보고 천사가 자기들에게
이 아기에 대하여 말한 것을 전하니
18 듣는 자가 다
목자들이 그들에게 말한 것들을 놀랍게 여기되
19 마리아는 이 모든 말을 마음에 새기어 생각하니라
20 목자들은 자기들에게 이르던 바와 같이 듣고 본 그 모든 것으로 인하여
하나님께 영광을 돌리고 찬송하며 돌아가니라
21 할례할 팔 일이 되매 그 이름을 예수라 하니
곧 잉태하기 전에 천사가 일컬은 바러라
22 모세의 법대로 정결예식의 날이 차매
아기를 데리고 예루살렘에 올라가니
13 Suddenly many other angels came down from heaven
and joined in praising God. They said:
14 "Praise God in heaven! Peace on earth to everyone who pleases God."
15 After the angels had left and gone back to heaven,
the shepherds said to each other,
"Let's go to Bethlehem and see what the Lord has told us about."
16 They hurried off and found Mary and Joseph,
and they saw the baby lying on a bed of hay.
17 When the shepherds saw Jesus,
they told his parents what the angel had said about him.
18 Everyone listened and was surprised.
19 But Mary kept thinking about all this
and wondering what it meant.
20 As the shepherds returned to their sheep,
they were praising God
and saying wonderful things about him.
Everything they had seen
and heard was just as the angel had said.
21 Eight days later Jesus' parents did for him what the Law of Moses commands. And they named him Jesus, just as the angel had told Mary when he promised she would have a baby.
22 The time came for Mary and Joseph to do what
the Law of Moses says a mother is supposed to do after her baby is born.
They took Jesus to the temple in Jerusalem
and presented him to the Lord,
